In June 2024, The Gardena Spa introduced its new treatment area, enriching its comprehensive facilities with a selection of innovative spa treatments. Located on the first floor of the spa building, the nine spa treatment rooms feature state-of-the-art equipment. Each room has been carefully designed to create a harmonious environment in which you can fully relax. The keywords of regeneration, detoxification, and relaxation have been the cornerstone behind the creation of these innovative programs. These include a variety of approaches, ranging from invigorating cold therapy to the rejuvenating effects of natural aromatherapy cosmetics, along with targeted physical and meditative activities.

Their new spa programs include sessions of Zerobody Crio, an innovative treatment wherein the body is completely enveloped by a membrane at a controlled temperature of four to six degrees Celsius. This non-invasive procedure offers similar benefits to traditional cryotherapy and ice water immersion but in a safe and comfortable environment. Zerobody Crio provides the soothing experience of dry floating without any wetness. The advantages of cold therapy are widely acknowledged; by cooling the epidermis, cryotherapy promotes skin rejuvenation and enhances skin tone.

The Gardena Restaurant, the main restaurant of the hotel, has been redesigned to ensure greater privacy and comfort. The design, which blends contemporary Alpine style with refined elements, reflects the elegance of the hotel, placing particular emphasis on the quality of the furnishings and the refined atmosphere. Next to Gardena Restaurant, La 4 Sajons is an intimate and cozy space. Inspired by the cycle of the seasons, the restaurant offers a true culinary journey, where each dish is designed to highlight ingredients at their peak of freshness, flavor, and quality. The culinary philosophy celebrates the connection with the land and nature, enhancing seasonal products and transforming them into unforgettable gastronomic experiences. Upon request, enjoy fondue, a timeless classic of mountain cuisine. Try fondue bourguignonne, a delicious meat fondue sourced from local farms, accompanied by a selection of sauces, and cheese fondue, prepared in its most flavorful and rich version, made with cheeses from South Tyrol, for an unforgettable culinary experience.

The gourmet restaurant Anna Stuben, awarded one Michelin star and four Gault&Millau toques, will be relocated to a newly constructed chalet, situated next to the hotel's main building. In addition to new indoor spaces featuring a cozy atmosphere in contemporary Alpine style, the restaurant will boast a beautiful terrace overlooking the center of Ortisei. The restaurant will continue to be under the expert guidance of Michelin-starred chef Reimund Brunner and sommelier Egon Perathoner, supported by their respective teams, who work with great harmony and competence. Both the kitchen brigade and the service staff consist of top-level professionals, united by a deep passion for their work and a desire to grow together. Their enthusiasm for new challenges is reflected in a strong sense of cohesion and a trusting relationship with the hotel owners, Hugo and Cinzia Bernardi, which fosters a dynamic and stimulating work environment.
