The gourmet restaurant Anna Stuben, awarded one Michelin star and four Gault&Millau toques, will be relocated to a newly constructed chalet, situated next to the hotel's main building. In addition to new indoor spaces featuring a cozy atmosphere in contemporary Alpine style, the restaurant will boast a beautiful terrace overlooking the center of Ortisei. The restaurant will continue to be under the expert guidance of Michelin-starred chef Reimund Brunner and sommelier Egon Perathoner, supported by their respective teams, who work with great harmony and competence. Both the kitchen brigade and the service staff consist of top-level professionals, united by a deep passion for their work and a desire to grow together. Their enthusiasm for new challenges is reflected in a strong sense of cohesion and a trusting relationship with the hotel owners, Hugo and Cinzia Bernardi, which fosters a dynamic and stimulating work environment.
