The antithesis of a steakhouse.
Riccardo Giraudi founded Beefbar in Monaco in 2005. This antithesis of a steakhouse owes its success to a menu featuring the best meats in the world, cooked without complexity between grill and street food, making it one of Saint Tropez's best restaurants. While American Black Angus Prime, Australian Wagyu WX, and certified Japanese Kobe beef remain the menu's stars, other fresh and sunny Mediterranean inspirations come to enrich it: ceviche, carpaccio, risotto, salad, grilled fish, and more. The outdoor bar is shaded by a wooden pergola and faces a large pine that provides soft shade from the sun to neighboring tables. The garden is illuminated in the evening with garlands and lanterns for magical evenings under the stars.
Inside, the bar is cozy yet bright and a real meeting place for guests who gather throughout the day, especially for an aperitif. Calm, restful, and, above all, warm, the soft and sunny tones mingle with the delicacy of the materials and the softness of the fabrics, while the bar's glasses come to life and light up with shimmering colors as the bartender's signature cocktails are served.
