The on-property restaurant, Imperial, is inspired by the big open spaces of the Pacific Northwest. Headed up by Vitaly Paley, one of Portland’s most acclaimed chefs, the menu features perfectly executed, elegant and soulful cuisine. Chef Paley explores heritage cooking methods using ingredients from Portland’s diverse bounty and a custom-made wood-fired grill. Imperial is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Nestled off the lobby of Hotel Lucia, The Crown is a cocktail-centric bar headed up by Chef Vitaly Paley. A collaboration between Paley, Imperial chef Matthew Jarrell and a third generation pizzaiolo, Vinny Manna, The Crown features signature pizza pies, fried chicken and charcuterie from Paley’s Place.
Located at the corner of SW Broadway and Southwest Harvey Milk Street, Hotel Lucia is just a block from O'Bryant Square.
