Creole cuisine and beachside lunches.
Cabrits Market opens the day with a breakfast buffet of fresh pastries, tropical fruit, local specialties, and made-to-order eggs. Kwéyòl Beach Restaurant handles lunch and dinner, served by the pool, with a menu that runs from Creole-marinated catch of the day and Caribbean curries through to grilled Angus striploin, with a three-course seasonal dinner menu available each evening.
Inspired by the dormant volcano at Cabrits National Park, Rumfire Bar is built around the island's rum culture. The "Barmacy" cocktail menu combines Dominica's rum with local herbs, spices, and fruits in combinations worth spending an evening working through. The firepit terrace is the spot for sunset over the Caribbean Sea, with a selection of tapas served if hunger strikes.
