The only hotel within the urban village, Janu Tokyo introduces 122 guest rooms and suites, eight dining and socializing venues, and a 4,000 square-meter wellness center. On floors six to thirteen, Janu Tokyo’s 122 guest rooms and suites start at fifty-five square meters, merging timeless Asian-inspired interiors with contemporary European detailing. A strong focus on minimalism and symmetry encourages comfort and creates a harmonic balance of energy. Most accommodations offer their own private balconies immersing guests in the city skyline or the surrounding greenery of Azabudai Hills, and many also connect with neighboring rooms and suites, creating a seamless sense of belonging for groups and families traveling together. All offer large bathrooms with double vanities, rain showers, and bespoke soaking tubs.

At 284 square meters in size, the Janu Suite is the hotel’s largest accommodation. Offering an inviting space for residential-style living, it features a large separate living room and dining room with a kitchen, library with a private study, bathroom with double vanity, additional guest bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Two balconies offer captivating views of the city skyline, while understated interiors create a soulful city setting. Moreover, the Janu Suite can connect to three additional rooms to total 519 square meters of space.

Designed to encourage social wellness, Janu Wellness has extensive hydrotherapy and thermal area with a twenty-five-meter indoor lap pool and separate heated lounge pool.

One of Tokyo’s largest gyms, spanning 340 square meters, it is accompanied by five movement studios for group exercise including spinning bikes, yoga, a golf simulation, and boxing. The functional training area features advanced Technogym equipment along with Outrace and Skill X fitness - the first of its kind in a Tokyo hotel.
