Les Hautes Mers' restaurant, Vent Debout, takes its name from the local vocabulary to describe a person who, having enjoyed too many good things, can no longer move forward, like a boat.
The atmosphere is friendly and generous, with colorful tables and one of the most beautiful views on the island, facing the sea and just a few minutes' walk from the port. Here, cuisine is lived as much as tasted. Seated in front of the ocean, guests discover a short menu that evolves according to arrival and season, faithful to the inspiration of the day and the products available.

Every Sunday, gather around the brazier to discover a wide selection of fish and shellfish. Enjoy the experience in a convivial atmosphere, lit only by solar lamps and candles, in the restaurant's garden.
