Start with a warming Rocky Mountain elk chili, then follow with a whisky-glazed Berkshire porterhouse or their popular BIKB Wagyu half-pound burger with herb potato wedges. For a more low-key vibe, check out the Timber Room and dine on some elevated small plates. We recommend the wild salmon with lemon caper butter.
