Your perch for whale-watching.

The oceanfront outdoor freshwater pool is heated and open from mid-May to Columbus Day. It's the perfect spot to whale-watch as migrating pods feed in the shallow waters in front of the hotel. The hotel includes complimentary beach and pool towels, lounger, and umbrella service. Reserved for the exclusive use of hotel guests.
Restaurant + Bar

Laid-back excellence in asado cooking on the Atlantic.

From chef Fernando Trocca and restaurateur Martin Pittaluga, Mostrador Marram offers abundant seasonal outdoor service featuring savory meats, local seafood, local vegetables, and freshly baked goods that enable you to indulge in the here and now. Martin Pittaluga and Fernando Trocca share a passion for relaxed and unstudied fine dining. Their restaurants in José Ignacio, Uruguay—La Huella, La Caracola, and Mostrador Santa Teresita—are globally recognized for their laid-back excellence in asado cooking on the Atlantic. Marram is the northern counterpart to their beachside legacy. According to Fernando Trocca, the concept has always been simple: "We aspire for our customers to feel as if they were among friends, to eat well, to have fun, and come back again." The "counter," or menu, is made from peak seasonal produce and changes daily.

Enjoy the counter-service bar with craft cocktails; you must try the Aperol Spritz!
  • Vibe
    Barefoot elegance.
  • Who's it for?
Marram is ideal for wellness enthusiasts and beach lovers seeking pure rest and relaxation. If you're looking to disconnect, slow down, and enjoy Montauk’s natural beauty in a calm, minimalist setting, this is it.
  • Location
A thirteen-mile-long stretch of sand that sticks out into the Atlantic like a pointing finger, Montauk until recently was a windswept, sleepy beach town favored by those who prefer to fly under the radar. Originally home to the Montaukett tribe, the area was settled by Europeans in the 1600s and for centuries has been beloved for its grazing land, lush forests, and access to excellent fishing and whaling. Its laid-back vibe, open landscape, and spectacular natural beauty is what has drawn creatives to this part of the world over the past few decades, and is what makes Montauk the unique destination it is today.
