Barlume is the hotel's social anchor, an all-day Mediterranean restaurant and cocktail bar where sharing plates and signature cocktails run from breakfast through to late-night drinks. Solana takes a different tone: a sun-drenched à la carte space where the coastal energy of Miami meets the Mediterranean, with fire-cooked dishes, lively music, and a contemporary design. Chiringuito del Med is the most grounded of the three, a tribute to the classic Spanish beach restaurant, with locally inspired dishes designed to be enjoyed by the sea. The Library Bar offers a more intimate alternative to the hotel's livelier dining spaces, a well-appointed room for a well-made drink.
