Le Monique is a Martin Brudnizki-designed French brasserie on the ground floor, led by Richard Archuleta of Jean-Georges Beverly Hills. Seafood, steak, and seasonal California produce with a French hand, alongside a wine list that moves between European heritage and local discovery. The room is intimate and richly detailed, with deep tones, carefully chosen art, and soft light setting the tone.
On the rooftop, the Sunset Terrace is a third-floor lounge with open Pacific views, and the right place for a cocktail as the light drops over the water. At pool level, The Veranda handles al fresco dining throughout the day, with James Perse loungers and a fire pit for evenings that run long.
