Southern Italian island cooking with the Duomo as a backdrop.
On the fifth floor, Isola Ristorante brings the flavors of Capri, Sicily, and Sardinia to the rooftop, with sweeping views over the Duomo and Piazza Mercanti. The menu takes a contemporary approach to Southern Italian classics, with standout dishes including swordfish and shrimp tartare. An open kitchen and lounge-style setting keep the atmosphere relaxed without sacrificing the view. Giardino Cordusio occupies the glass-covered inner courtyard of the palazzo, where emerald velvet seating, botanical chandeliers, and a marble bar set the scene. The cocktail program, overseen by mixologist Giancarlo Mancino, focuses on Italian mixology. Highlights include a Negroni served from terracotta amphorae, a dedicated Martini station, and a Spritz collection built around Lambrusco, Soave, and Primitivo. The venue also serves light bistro fare.
