Paradero Todos Santos

Todos Santos, Mexico

A high-design wellness hotel rooted in the culture and landscapes of Todos Santos.

Property Overview

Paradero Todos Santos opened in February 2021 on five acres of land within the last unspoiled Mesa farming community — an agricultural area surrounded by 160 acres of family-owned farms. Designed by award-winning architects Rubén Valdez and Yashar Yektajo, the property blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor living across forty-one suites, a destination restaurant, the Ojo de Agua spa, and a 130-foot infinity pool. The surrounding landscape is equally compelling: due to its position near the Tropic of Cancer, the property sits within five distinct ecosystems – Pacific coastline, desert punctuated by 200-year-old Cardón cacti, the Sierra La Laguna mountain range, an oasis of 5,000 palm trees, and working farmland stretching to the horizon.

Accommodations

Imaginative places to reflect and revitalize.

Paradero's forty-one suites are designed as places to reflect and revitalize, with interiors that flow seamlessly into private outdoor seating areas amid cacti and open farmland. Each space is conceived as much for sensory experience as for comfort, makes for the perfect place to disconnect and immerse yourself in the natural landscapes.
Pool + Gym

Long, unhurried afternoons in the water.

The Half Moon infinity pool is designed for long, unhurried afternoons, the perfect place to swim up to the bar, settle under a shade-sail parasol, and take in the views across the desert and coastline.

An early morning fitness class at Paradero is a solid way to start the day, combining high-intensity intervals with core-stabilizing mat work for a full-body tune-up. Instructors focus on form and body awareness, making it as educational as it is challenging.
Spa

Wellness rooted in ancient Mexican tradition.

Ojo de Agua is built below ground, a deliberate design choice that immediately separates it from the world above. The spa draws on water-based therapies and centuries of Mexican healing wisdom, with offerings ranging from authentic temazcal and sound healing ceremonies to massage and chakra balancing treatments. Practitioners are sourced from around the world, selected for their ability to blend sacred ritual with genuine therapeutic expertise.
Restaurant + Bar

Cuisine inspired by the Aztecs.

Tenoch earned a place in the Michelin Guide Mexico, a fitting recognition for a restaurant concept as considered as its setting. Drawing inspiration from La Gran Tenochtitlan, the ancient Aztec city buried beneath modern Mexico City, the menu presents modern Mexican cuisine with an international sensibility, served at the heart of the Paradero property.

The bar operates within the same open-air space as Tenoch, with a swim-up option at the pool. The drinks list leans heavily on margaritas and mezcal-based cocktails, made almost exclusively with ingredients and garnishes sourced from the on-site farm.
