All of the Rosewood Phnom Penh restaurants offer incredible views of the city. Iza, their Japanese restaurant has an open kitchen and open dining space, inviting guests to linger, sample course after course, and socialize over a lively lunch or dinner. There is also Brasserie Louis for breakfast and lunch; this spot serves a range of offerings, from elaborate Continental breakfast to lunch and dinner menus of French comfort foods and regional Cambodian favorites. CUTS is a high-energy steak and seafood dining venue and the highest restaurant in the hotel boasting spectacular views of the city skyline. Lastly, The Living Room is a light and airy space is a refreshing spot for breakfast, snacks during the day, a tipple from the well-stocked, home-like bar, or treating oneself to afternoon tea.

Bar

The hotel is known for Sora, a bar located outside of the 37th floor. It's an incredible outdoor space to have a drink while watching the sunset from either its indoor or outdoor seats. There is also a whiskey library and cigar bar that serves an incredible selection of whiskey's from all around the world. Certain nights there is a DJ performing, and other nights live music on the 37th floor, which makes it quite an entertaining space.
