The Royal Scotsman, A Belmond Train's Edwardian-style cabins are fitted with mahogany marquetry, providing a cosy yet opulent haven in which to retire. There are four single, fifteen twin, and three double cabins available, including an interconnecting cabin that is adaptable for passengers with restricted mobility. All private cabins are equipped with an ensuite shower room, a wardrobe, a desk and a picture window from which to savour the unfolding Scottish countryside.
Restaurant + Bar

Imaginative dishes with Scottish flair.

All meals are served in the two Dining Cars on board: Raven and Swift, both accommodating up to twenty guests. All food is freshly prepared on the train by their expert chefs using their Scottish flair to create imaginative dishes using the freshest local produce. The largest tables can accommodate from six to eight guests.

The Observation Car accommodates all forty passengers in comfortable sofas, armchairs, and banquet-style seating. The bar here is open throughout the day offering a selection of over fifty whiskies. There is also an open veranda where guests can enjoy the passing countryside. Evenings bring traditional Scottish entertainment after dinner, including music from local players.
