With elevated amenities and impressive views, each of the 131 rooms and suites at San Francisco Proper is comfortable and inviting. Mid-century European-inspired furnishings and accessories are paired with Kelly Wearstler-designed wallpaper, which adds a modern flair. Additionally, each room is stocked with Aesop bath and body products and outfitted with Vifa wireless speakers.

Premier Junior Suites offer a generous space with handsome built-ins, vintage Scandinavian rugs covering solid oak floors, and a stunning sitting area. Premier Suites occupy the “point” on each floor of the historic flatiron-shaped building, commanding a coveted, panoramic view of the city. These are luxurious, modern pied-à-terres with separate areas for sleeping, dining, and lounging.
