Sikelia has two dining settings to choose from. Themà sits beneath the hotel's central palm grove and serves lunch and dinner rooted in Sicilian tradition, with original ingredients woven throughout. For something more immersive, L'Officina at the Coste Ghirlanda Wine Estate, the hotel's own vineyard, puts you in the middle of the vineyards for a memorable meal paired with the local wines.
The bar at Themà runs from morning through evening, always at your disposal whenever the mood strikes. Breakfast brings fresh juices and coffee, while afternoons culminate in the hotel's iconic “aperitivo on the roof,” complete with cocktails made with pink pepper and the natural scents of the island. Come evening, the focus turns to the red and white wines from Sikelia's own production alongside Champagne and prosecco from Italy and beyond.
