Description

Situated on twenty-two sprawling acres in the northern end of Wine Country, the award-winning Solage charms visitors with its refreshing take on Napa resort living. The reimagined resort boasts eleven luxury suites, a refreshing pool area, and a highly anticipated modern Mexican restaurant, Picobar. Solage was created to reflect its hometown spirit, drawing visitors as well as area vintners who come here after a day in the vineyards to relax over a glass of wine or a craft cocktail and connect. Whether you want to break out of a rut or simply escape stress to a peaceful destination, Solage is your place to hit the reset button on your wellness and self-care needs.

Vibe

Fresh and vibrant Napa Valley living.

Rooms + Suites

Solage puts a fresh spin on wine country style with clean lines, natural materials, and loft-like layouts, making each of its twenty-two suites and studios modern takes on wine country sophistication. Their studios feature open-floor plans with contemporary furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and personal outdoor patios. The bathrooms feature pebble stone floor showers and all-natural bath products. Select studios feature deluxe bathtubs, fireplaces, and extended private patios.

The suites are styled as casually elegant one and two-bedroom cottages. These contemporary units feature outdoor showers and soaking tubs (or jetted hot tubs), and cozy fire pits. Mobility and hearing-accessible rooms are available.

Pool + Gym

With refreshed cabanas and all-new chaise lounges and furniture, Solage’s 130-foot pool remains to be Napa Valley’s ultimate summer destination.

Their modern fitness center combines the latest equipment with Napa Valley’s inspiring natural surroundings. Take an early morning dip in one of five geothermal pools, or unwind with an evening stretch. Push your exercise routine to new heights with an extensive array of PreCor cardio machines, Paramount strength training equipment, and a large selection of free weights.

Spa

At the center of Solage is their award-winning 20,000 square foot Spa Solage, which showcases the renowned Calistoga mud and mineral water therapies that have attracted spa-goers to this northern stretch of Napa Valley since the 19th century. The Bathhouse delivers an incredible experience, featuring exclusive geothermal pools with temperatures that range from icy cold to a comforting 98 degrees Fahrenheit and a soothing 103 Fahrenheit. Treatments like their Signature Mudslide will leave you feeling cleansed and restored.

Restaurants

The property’s newest addition, Picobar, comes inspired by the traditions of walk-up taco joints from executive chef Gustavo Rios’s hometown of Ensenada, Mexico. The word “pico” means “peak” – showcasing whatever’s in peak season from the mountains, valleys, and rivers. Enjoy a casual meal of tacos with homemade Napa flavored tortillas or grab a snack bite poolside like chips and Picobar guacamole, uniquely made with whipped avocado, pistachio, and kale dip.

The award-winning Solbar restaurant is a local favorite, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the glow of a 20-foot fire pit. Deemed one of Calistoga’s favorites, this restaurant continues to impress with its renowned craft cocktail program and seasonal menu.

Bar

Solage’s newest cocktail – Spirit of the Hare – is getting attention for its tasty popsicle garnish, but it’s the story behind it that makes this mixed drink truly stand out. This colorful libation is created using 400 Conejos mezcal, named after the ancestral belief that agave spirits were occupied by 400 rabbits. Each rabbit was said to have a different personality, and it was rumored that those who ingested the agave spirits would be controlled by one of the 400 rabbits.

Who's it for?

Solage attracts ardent wine lovers, foodies, and wellness seekers looking to enjoy their enviable version of the good life. Your celebratory gatherings, intimate ceremonies, joyous birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones will all find a home at this Napa Valley haven.

Location

Solage is located in the heart of wine country and within walking distance to the picturesque town of Calistoga.
