Son Bunyola's hotel occupies a cluster of beautifully preserved historic buildings at the heart of the estate, including the main Finca, dating to the 1500s, the Tafona, home to the original olive press, and several annex buildings, all sensitively restored to retain their original character. The twenty-seven rooms and suites span eight categories, all looking out over the vineyards and mountains. For those seeking complete privacy, the estate's three villas – Sa Punta de S'Aguila with five bedrooms, and Sa Terra Rotja and Son Balagueret with four bedrooms each – are available to hire year-round, each with a private pool and sea and mountain views.

Son Bunyola has partnered with local specialists Gaia Natural Products to bring a thoughtfully curated treatment menu to the estate. Every product is made locally using Mallorcan flowers, herbs, salts, and locally produced olive, almond, and sunflower oil, for a spa experience that feels rooted in Mallorca. Two treatment rooms, including a couples' room, are available for bookings.

Dining at Son Bunyola is rooted in the island's culinary traditions, with much of the produce drawn directly from the estate's own gardens and orchards. The two restaurants celebrate authentic Mallorcan flavors with a farm-to-fork ethos, and every dish is complemented by a wine selection handpicked by the in-house sommelier, many of which come from the surrounding region.
