Accommodations

Four waterfront neighborhoods, each with its own personality.

South Bank spreads across four distinct waterfront neighborhoods. The Boathouses are thirty-eight one- to three-bedroom residences in a village-style community beside the marina, each with a private dock and personal concierge. Lagoon Villas draw inspiration from Malibu coastal homes, with direct water and beach access, private pools, butler service, and boat docks on select villas. The nineteen Ocean Estate Villas are the most expansive option, offering four to six bedrooms with private pools, unobstructed ocean or beach frontage, and tailor-made culinary and wellness offerings. Completing the lineup is Arc, designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni, with seventeen one- to five-bedroom Sky Villas featuring private gardens, elevated pools or hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling glass with hundred-and-eighty-degree ocean views.
Pool + Gym

Private pools for the villas, a community pool for the Boathouses.

Each Ocean Estate and Lagoon Villa comes with its own private pool, while Boathouse guests have access to an exclusive community pool reserved for their neighborhood. Arc's resort-wide pool is available to all.

South Bank's fitness center has everything needed to keep up a proper routine, with Peloton bikes, treadmills, an elliptical, a seated bike, free weights, medicine balls, yoga mats, and more.
Spa

Treatments inspired by the ocean.

Relax and rejuvenate at the South Bank Spa, where the treatments are inspired by the calming rhythms of the sea. Options include everything from revitalizing facials to deep massages and body therapies, each experience designed to help you unwind while on the island. Personalized treatment plans are also available.
Restaurant + Bar

Dining at the heart of South Bank.

The Clubhouse is the social soul of the resort, a laid-back but sophisticated setting by the lagoon, where Mediterranean-inspired Lua Restaurant serves evening cocktails and dinners against a backdrop of picturesque water views. The Nuttin Bar is a tropical perch on the lagoon islands where bespoke cocktails and a serene island vibe encourage a slower pace.

  • Who's it for?
South Bank draws adventurous travelers who want to spend their days on the water, with ocean boating, snorkeling, and paddleboarding on the doorstep. Families will appreciate the calm lagoon and spacious villa-style accommodations, while couples looking for something more active and design-forward than the typical romantic retreat will find it is a strong fit. The location also makes it ideal for nature lovers, with plenty of unspoiled beauty in all directions and the property connected well to the surrounding landscapes. Wellness travelers will also find plenty to love thanks to the spa, private yoga sessions, and the serene coastal environment.
  • Location
South Bank occupies the southern shores of Providenciales, a quieter and less-traveled stretch of coastline that feels distinct from the busier Grace Bay side of the island. At its heart, the resort is home to Turks and Caicos' first ocean swimming lagoon, a five-acre, four-and-a-half-foot-deep protected stretch of calm water surrounded by white sand beach and two palm-fringed tropical islands.
