Four waterfront neighborhoods, each with its own personality.

South Bank spreads across four distinct waterfront neighborhoods. The Boathouses are thirty-eight one- to three-bedroom residences in a village-style community beside the marina, each with a private dock and personal concierge. Lagoon Villas draw inspiration from Malibu coastal homes, with direct water and beach access, private pools, butler service, and boat docks on select villas. The nineteen Ocean Estate Villas are the most expansive option, offering four to six bedrooms with private pools, unobstructed ocean or beach frontage, and tailor-made culinary and wellness offerings. Completing the lineup is Arc, designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni, with seventeen one- to five-bedroom Sky Villas featuring private gardens, elevated pools or hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling glass with hundred-and-eighty-degree ocean views.

Water is at the heart of South Bank, with private and shared pools throughout the resort. Each Ocean Estate and Lagoon Villa features a private pool, while Boathouse guests have access to an exclusive neighborhood pool. South Bank Pool at Arc welcomes all resort guests, while Arc Pool is reserved for Arc owners and guests. Select Arc accommodations also feature a private pool, hot tub, or both.

South Bank's fitness center has everything needed to keep up a proper routine, with Peloton bikes, treadmills, an elliptical, a seated bike, free weights, medicine balls, yoga mats, and more.

At its heart is Turks and Caicos’ first ocean swimming lagoon, a five-acre protected stretch of calm, four-and-a-half-foot-deep water framed by white sand and two palm-fringed islands.
