Sojourner offers casual farm-to-table dining with ingredients grown steps from the kitchen. January, the Michelin Green Star restaurant takes a more refined approach, sourcing from Southall's own farms and nearby purveyors, open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday. In-room dining is just as great; particularly the fresh egg dishes and fruit and vegetable smoothies.
The bar at Southall is an intimate space built around seasonal signature cocktails, most ingredients drawn straight from the gardens, alongside an expansive wine cellar and a well-curated selection of bourbon and whiskey.
