The main pool, located in the expansive garden adjacent to the Medici Villa, provides panoramic views over the plains towards Prato and is pleasantly warm. Sun loungers and umbrellas are on hand, and the pools are open from seven in the morning until nine at night.

Biagio Pignatta Cucina & Vino serves contemporary Tuscan cooking with local ingredients and estate-produced wines in a warm, welcoming setting. Down in the historic wine cellars of the Medici Villa, La Cantina del Redi offers a more intimate atmosphere, well-suited for private dinners, wine tastings, and special occasions.

The Wine Bar is the place to work through the estate's own labels – Carmignano DOCG and Chianti Montalbano among them – with sommeliers on hand to guide the way. The Pool Bar keeps things lighter, serving snacks and drinks poolside daily from nine-thirty in the morning until six in the evening.
