Three distinctive restaurants.
Hélène Darroze at The Connaught celebrates craftsmanship through personalized menus and a thoughtfully designed dining room. At the three-Michelin-starred restaurant, each dish highlights seasonal produce sourced from farmers and growers personally selected by Hélène Darroze, with menus tailored to guests’ preferences. At Jean-Georges at The Connaught, chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten brings his signature flavors to London, combining British classics and Connaught favorites with influences from East and Southeast Asia. Market ingredients shape the menu, accompanied by a handpicked selection of wines from The Connaught’s cellars and the hotel’s signature cocktails. At The Grill, British produce is prepared over a wood-burning grill in an open kitchen. Seasonal dishes might include a Scottish scallop followed by an organic Barnsley lamb chop, while evenings bring Aberdeen Angus sharing steaks and pastry-wrapped sea bass to the table.
Hidden within The Connaught, the Red Room is an intimate wine destination accessed through a velvet-curtained doorway from the Champagne Room. Alongside its wine list, guests can enjoy wine-inspired cocktails and a selection of cheeses and artisanal charcuterie chosen to pair with each glass. Designed by David Collins Studio, Connaught Bar blends 1920s English and Irish Cubist art with a contemporary edge. Signature and classic cocktails are accompanied by light bites, while the bar’s tableside martini service has become one of its best-known experiences. At Coburg Bar, rows of spirits and rare whiskies set the scene for a collection that extends well beyond whisky. Classic cocktails from earlier eras sit alongside wines and Champagnes, complemented by a carefully considered menu of dishes.
