Denver Union Station brings some of the city’s standout dining under one roof.
Dining is part of the experience at The Crawford, with guests able to explore several of Denver Union Station’s most notable restaurants without leaving the building. Mercantile Dining & Provision serves seasonal American cuisine from James Beard Award-winning chef Alex Seidel, while Ultreia offers tapas and shareable plates from James Beard Award-winning chef Jennifer Jasinski. Snooze, an A.M. Eatery covers breakfast and brunch favorites, and in-room dining is available from Ultreia, Terminal Bar, and Snooze for guests who prefer a quieter night in.
Terminal Bar occupies Denver Union Station’s former ticketing office, serving Colorado beers, classic and seasonal cocktails, and casual fare against the lively backdrop of the Great Hall. Upstairs, Cooper Lounge offers a more intimate setting on the mezzanine, with crafted cocktails, a thoughtful wine list, and sweeping views over the station below. Together, they cover everything from a relaxed afternoon drink to a celebratory nightcap.
