With design inspired by nature, its five standalone cottages – plus a combination of rooms and suites set in a 100-year-old historic barn – celebrate the destination’s farm steading origins. All rooms were thoughtfully updated in 2020 and are outfitted with a host of deluxe amenities, including custom furnishings, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead, and a Nespresso coffee bar. The Roundtree is also home to a historic Main House which is available for private bookings, as well as the Beach House, a compound of two dwellings once owned by legendary playwright Neil Simon, that is available for bookings in two-week intervals. The Beach House, located just five minutes from the main property, recently saw an extensive renovation and offers access to the members-only Amagansett Beach.

Perfectly situated on Amagansett’s tree-lined Main Street, the historic two-story Main House features a contemporary and soothing aesthetic, with art and decorative pieces sourced from around the world. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will enjoy two bedrooms, two spacious ensuite baths with walk-in showers, a powder room, a fully equipped European-style kitchen outfitted with Miele appliances, a dining room and spacious living room with a gas fireplace, and a bucolic front porch for lingering on warmer days.
