With design inspired by nature, its five standalone cottages – plus a combination of rooms and suites set in a 100-year-old historic barn – celebrate the destination’s farm steading origins. The Roundtree is also home to a historic Main House which is available for private bookings, as well as the Beach House, a compound of two dwellings once owned by legendary playwright Neil Simon, that is available for bookings in two-week intervals. The Beach House, located just five minutes from the main property, recently saw an extensive renovation and offers access to the members-only Amagansett Beach.

Perfectly situated on Amagansett’s tree-lined Main Street, the historic two-story Main House features a contemporary and soothing aesthetic, with art and decorative pieces sourced from around the world.
