Seasonal menus celebrate Japan's culinary traditions through locally sourced ingredients from small regional farms. A welcoming counter bar and two private dining rooms provide inviting spaces for everything from casual meals to intimate celebrations.
The hotel features multiple bar concepts, but the standout is Punch Room, an intimate space inspired by nineteenth-century London private clubs. Japan's only punch-focused cocktail bar, it offers a distinctly Japanese spin on punch recipes originally found in 1600s, using local spirits and ingredients such as sake, Japanese tea, fruits, and spices from around the country. Its signature shareable punch cocktails are served in silver punch bowls with matched ladles, featuring unique combinations like the "Yuzu & Genmai" with Ie rum, Sake, Kyoto genmai tea, yuzu, ginger, citrus, and tonic.
