Il Borro Tuscan Bistro is the estate's main dining option, led by Executive Chef Andrea Campani, whose approach is rooted in the local area, its products, and traditions. The menu draws on vegetables from Il Borro's organic garden alongside meat, cheese, and fish from a network of carefully selected local producers who have become, over time, trusted collaborators. The bar is located in the Tuscan Bistro Viesca, the ideal spot for an Italian-style aperitif or a post-dinner nightcap. For something more social, there's a cocktail class held every week.
