Villa Agrippina's rooms, suites, and villa blends classic Roman design with modern comfort – Italian limestone bathrooms with rainfall showers or bathtubs, views over the hotel gardens and city streets, and a subtle Spanish character running throughout. Suites add a separate living room, and several come with terraces overlooking the city or the Vatican walls. The standout is a suite with over 2,000 square feet of outdoor space and a counter-current swimming pool. Connecting rooms are available, up to a four-bedroom configuration.

The outdoor pool is open to all guests on a complimentary basis from April through October, set within the hotel's gardens with sunbeds, Bali beds, a jacuzzi area, and a pool bar for drinks and light bites. A lifeguard is on site, and children are welcome with adult supervision.
