Suzanne transforms travel into an art form, blending her discerning taste with personalized service and unforgettable experiences.

Suzanne’s love for travel started long before it became her career. She was the go-to for friends and family looking for the best suite in London or the quietest beach in the Caribbean. What began as a passion turned into her purpose: helping others explore the world with ease, comfort, and a touch of sophistication.

With a tenure at Tiffany & Co., Suzanne understands how exceptional service transforms an experience. Now, as a Travel Advisor, she brings that same dedication to detail and quality, creating unforgettable journeys for travelers who want more than just a trip.

From private villas on the Amalfi Coast to first-class getaways in St. Barths, Suzanne handles every detail—VIP airport transfers, bespoke cultural experiences, and exclusive accommodations—ensuring a seamless, bespoke itinerary you won’t find in any publication. With trusted connections at top destinations and a concierge-level approach, she makes every moment effortless and extraordinary.

How do you prepare for your trips?

As a travel advisor, I believe that firsthand experience is the key to exceptional service. When I travel, I prepare with the same meticulous care I provide to my clients—because every detail matters. Before each trip, I research not only the most well-appointed hotels and resorts, but also the intel about the service standards, room categories, and unique experiences they offer.

Which destinations or hotels do you go back to again and again? Why?

One destination that holds a special place in my heart is St Barths—a perfect blend of French elegance and Caribbean ease. From the moment I first arrived, I was captivated by its understated luxury, world-class dining, chic boutiques, and the relaxed sophistication that defines the island. Whether it’s enjoying a sunset at Shellona, sailing along the coast, or finding the perfect hillside view overlooking the sea, SBH continues to inspire how I design travel: effortlessly refined, deeply personal, and full of beauty. It’s the kind of place I love to return to—not just to unwind, but to stay connected to the essence of what luxury travel should feel like.

Travel has always been at the core of Tamar’s heart and soul, fueling her passion for crafting bespoke journeys that bring her clients to even the most far-flung corners of the world.

Having explored over seventy countries, lived on four continents, and experienced travel in all its forms—from solo expeditions and romantic escapes to family adventures and traveling as a mother with young children—Tamar offers a unique perspective as a travel advisor. Her background in engineering, business operations, and professional photography infuses her itineraries with a unique balance of creativity and precision, ensuring that every experience is meticulously planned and seamlessly orchestrated.

Tamar believes that travel is far more than sightseeing; it is an opportunity to connect deeply with people, cultures, and the spirit of a destination. She draws on her firsthand experiences navigating breathtaking landscapes, engaging with local traditions, and uncovering hidden gems to inspire the journeys she curates. Her personal philosophy emphasizes meaningful, immersive moments—whether it’s savoring authentic local cuisines, participating in cultural rituals, or finding unexpected beauty in lesser-traveled paths.

As a mother to two young globetrotters, Tamar understands the profound magic of travel at every stage of life. Her personal insights allow her to design trips that resonate on an emotional level and are tailored to each client’s passions and aspirations. She is dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind itineraries that are not only memorable but also deeply enriching, blending her own sense of wonder with a keen understanding of what her clients seek—a world of discovery, connection, and unforgettable experiences.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

Choosing just one memorable travel experience feels impossible because every corner of the world offers its own magic. Exploring the Galapágos Islands with my teenage daughters stands out as a truly extraordinary adventure—swimming alongside thousands of dolphins, playing in the water with curious sea lions, and watching the mesmerizing mating dance of blue-footed boobies. Equally unforgettable are the years I lived in Kenya, where I embarked on countless safaris across the continent, from the open savannah of the Masai Mara to the stark beauty of Namibia’s desert landscapes. Then there was the unforgettable hike into the Rwandan jungle, where I encountered a family of thirteen gorillas within arm’s length. And Svalbard, where I stood on the edge of the Arctic and witnessed walruses confronting and fighting with a polar bear. Every journey brings its own wonder, and I can’t wait to see what the next adventure holds!

Which destinations are you looking forward to visiting? Why?

New Zealand has captured my imagination ever since I first watched The Lord of the Rings. Its breathtaking beauty, adventurous spirit, and diverse landscapes are calling my name! I’ve planned an epic three-week journey filled with luxurious hotel stays, curated sightseeing tours, and thrilling paragliding adventures. From majestic fjords to pristine beaches and vibrant cities, I can’t wait to explore both islands and immerse myself in everything this stunning country has to offer.

Next on my dream list? Antarctica—the final frontier and the only continent I’ve yet to visit. I’m eager to brave the legendary Drake Passage, marvel at colossal icebergs, hike alongside penguins, and encounter unique seabirds. The journey wouldn’t be complete without a visit to South Georgia and the Falkland Islands to witness their incredible wildlife. With every trip, my list of must-visit destinations keeps growing, and I’m excited to continue exploring—and sharing these unforgettable travel opportunities.

Josh blends his passion for beautiful destinations, rich cultures, and exceptional food with meticulous attention to detail for his clients’ itineraries.

Josh’s love for travel took off when he studied abroad in London at 20, using it as a jumping-off point to explore Europe—though he might’ve spent more time planning weekend trips than studying. It worked out, as he found “inspiration” for his film degree along the way. Since then, he’s learned that the best trips aren’t just about snapping photos in front of landmarks but about truly immersing yourself in the culture, food, and experiences that make each destination indelible.

Before becoming a travel advisor, Josh honed his organizational skills in the fast-paced world of video post-production, where deadlines were tight, coffee consumption was high, and attention to detail was everything. He also teaches photography, which has become a tool for showcasing the beauty of the places he sends his clients to.

As an advisor, Josh goes beyond everyday itineraries to tailor trips that perfectly match each client’s unique tastes and goals. By staying on top of the latest travel trends, hidden gems, and constantly networking with industry experts, he ensures his clients experience the best each destination has to offer. Whether it’s a luxurious multi-generational family vacation or a laid-back escape, Josh’s experience guarantees seamless planning from start to finish, with every detail taken into account so his clients can focus on enjoying the trip, not managing the logistics.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

My most memorable travel experience has to be my trip to Thailand. The culture was a whirlwind compared to the U.S. and Europe—chaotic streets, breathtaking beaches, and street food that was truly extraordinary. A standout moment was a boat tour to a floating fishing village, which felt like stepping into a different world. Having a friend living in Bangkok taught me the priceless value of learning from locals. Starting the trip with a cold was also a stark reminder that adventure often comes with surprises. Overall, this journey showed me that the best travel experiences come from embracing the unknown and reveling in the vibrant quirks of new cultures—even if it means dealing with a few unexpected twists along the way.

Which destinations are you looking forward to visiting? Why?

My travel bucket list is ever evolving, with popular destinations like the Italian Lake District, off-the-beaten-path cities in Croatia, and adventurous spots like Bosnia always on my radar. However, right now, Japan is at the top of my list. As someone who loves photography and exploring new cuisines, I’m especially drawn to the idea of capturing neon-lit streets, discovering hidden ramen and yakitori spots in cozy back alleys, and immersing myself in the vibrant street life. Japan’s unique blend of modernity and tradition offers endless opportunities for incredible photography and culinary experiences, making it an irresistible next stop on my travel journey.

As a travel advisor, Kara specializes in bespoke travel experiences for the discerning traveler.

Early in her career, Kara had the opportunity to work for some of the most prominent luxury fashion brands in the world, dedicating many years as a Sales Director for Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, John Varvatos, and LVMH. Her professional journey led her to explore some of the world’s most iconic fashion hubs, sought-after cities, and beloved destinations.

Through her work and personal ventures, Kara spent many years immersing herself in diverse global cultures, honing her taste for sophisticated locales, refined service, and meticulously tailored travel experiences. Her strong passion for exploring the world eventually transformed into a business: In 2020, she began crafting bespoke travel experiences for discerning travelers through The Elevated Traveler, which she founded in 2019. This career pivot led her to become a luxury travel advisor affiliated with SmartFlyer for its industry-leading approach within the agency space.

Kara’s affiliation with SmartFlyer enables her to create exceptional experiences around the world for her clients through curated recommendations and continuous boots-on-the-ground research, activated by decades of trusted relationships. Her clients look to her for guidance planning unique getaways, seamless family vacations, truly restorative leisure trips, comprehensive corporate itineraries, and dreamy honeymoons that create memories to last a lifetime.

Which destinations or hotels do you go back to again and again? Why?

Many of my clients are inspired by the allure of Europe at all times of the year, especially the perennial favorite: Italy. I personally love visiting Italy because it is one of the most enriching destinations in the world thanks to its storied history, delectable food, and warm hospitality; it’s a place to explore, immerse yourself in Italian culture, relax, unwind, sip on local wine, and savor homemade culinary delights.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

My most memorable travel experience was visiting Japan. It was such an eye-opening trip, exposing me to a very different culture. I explored Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, and each destination was very unique and left an impact that I’ll always hold dear. Tokyo is such a clean city with so much to offer. I enjoyed the customs while eating dinner—including expressing “Itadakimasu” and “Gochisousama” before and after a meal respectively—and visiting the charming bars and restaurants. Golden Gai, an area in Shinjuku, Tokyo, has around 200 bars in a small network of alleyways, where most of the bars are tiny, some with as few as six seats. This was one of my favorite places to explore and I’m always sure to include it in client itineraries to Japan!

British-born, European-educated, and currently residing in the States, Fiona has an abundance of anecdotes to dazzle dinner parties with tales from her countless travels.

Born in the countryside of Kent–a stone’s throw from London–Fiona caught the travel bug young and left England to pursue her education across Europe. She was schooled in France and Italy and later lived in Spain and Switzerland. Each move gave her the opportunity to immerse herself in a unique cultural landscape and fueled her passion for continued exploration. Fiona’s fascinating upbringing, savvy communication skills, and sociable nature have naturally led her to pursue a career in travel–an industry where her strengths lend themselves to creating incredible trips.

Fiona recognizes how precious time is and goes out of her way to make sure her clients’ most valuable resource is well spent. Her consultation process begins with gaining a firm understanding of what travelers are seeking in an escape. This conversation ensures that each trip is tailor-made to be memorable, whether it’s heliskiing in Canada, exploring the breathtaking architecture of Paris, or simply sipping a margarita on the beach in Turks and Caicos. Fiona understands that every getaway corresponds to a client’s particular needs and works happily to not just meet those, but exceed all anticipated needs before they arise.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

The trip I remember most vividly was a week I spent in Rome. Even today, everything from the buildings to the warmth on my skin to the scents swirling in the streets stuck with me. One morning, my friends and I watched the city slowly come to life with warm cornettos and cafe solos from above ground. Only so much planning can be done when it comes to travel, sometimes the best memories are unplanned with the right people at your side.

What does your perfect vacation day look like?

My perfect day depends on how I feel while traveling. Lately, the day has begun with a slow, peaceful breakfast – how often does that happen in our day-to-day lives? – followed by some sort of activity, which could be a run or walk to discover new surroundings, sightseeing, or a sport, depending on whether I’m near water or in the snow. A mid-afternoon lunch is accompanied by uninterrupted reading and a good cocktail, followed by a late al fresco dinner with my nearest and dearest family and friends. I make sure to end the night with dancing, every time.

For Ashley, traveling like a local and getting treated like a VIP is her definition of travel.

Before joining the travel sector, Ashley worked in the fashion industry, often spending every day thinking about her next adventure. Soon enough she was turning her travel dreams into a reality one passport stamp at a time. To her family, friends, and colleagues, she was always the go-to person for recommendations on where to eat, sleep, and explore. Ashley then realized her love for travel was more than just a passion after visiting Italy–which she has now been to more than thirty times–and has since turned this passion into a career.

Passionate and detail-oriented, Ashley has built trusted relationships with clients and opened their minds and hearts to new and unforgettable experiences. She believes no two trips are the same, so for her, it is all about offering unique, exclusive, and customized journeys that fit the wants and needs of her clients.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

My most memorable travel experience to date was my trip to Dubai. Spending the night in the desert was a truly magical experience as I had the chance to bond with the locals through dancing and bread-making in addition to riding a camel–and yes, I even tried camel milk! Another highlight of this desert excursion was getting a henna tattoo while watching a falcon show.

Which destinations do you go back to again and again?

I would never turn down a trip to Italy, because who doesn’t love “la dolce vita”–the sweet life?
Whether by foot, airplane, bike, or boat, the chance to get away and help others to experience the joy of travel fuels Sheri Parker's passion for travel planning.

Whether by foot, airplane, bike, or boat, the chance to get away and help others to experience the joy of travel fuels Sheri’s passion for travel planning.

Prior to pursuing a career change, Sheri spent fifteen years in the finance and public relations industries managing schedules, coordinating travel, and planning corporate events for C-Suite executives. Sheri’s professional background inspired her to continually seek the finest destinations for her friends, family, and peers. Over time, she developed a deep proficiency in researching hotels and finding the latest and greatest hotspots.

No matter what destination she’s looking into–whether for herself or on behalf of her network–it’s all with the goal of creating an unforgettable and unique experience. A trip inspiration can come to Sheri from attending a special event abroad, or simply dreaming about a bucket list destination. When traveling, she’s a true explorer. Sheri always hits the top must-see attractions, but additionally makes time to find the more obscure sites which are often just as charming. While she builds her itineraries to be immersive and aims to never miss a thing, Sheri carves out downtime to relax and recharge before the next outing.

What was your most memorable travel experience?

From road trips and gateway cities to luxury on the beach, I have visited 25+ countries and over half of U.S. states. It would be impossible to pick a favorite, but if I had to rank them, two experiences were most memorable. First, I participated in a 14-day hiking traverse through the Alps experiencing the unique alpine cultures and varied cuisines of France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Although a challenging endeavor, the scenery was unrivaled and the reward at the end of a long day was an overnight stay in a charming hotel in numerous quaint mountain villages.

After the Alps, I was determined to be more ambitious and planned an adventure across East Africa, starting with a Serengeti safari and culminating in a climb of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. This trip checked off all the boxes for me: hiking, scenery, wildlife, and adventure. From luxury tented camps to remote lodges on the savannah, the unique accommodations were never far from awe-inspiring wildlife. A hot air balloon ride at sunrise over the Serengeti that touched down for a formal breakfast set up among the grasslands was something I will never forget. Summiting snowcapped Mount Kilimanjaro was one of my proudest achievements and I can’t help but marvel at the skills of the guides who make the mountain and the surrounding lands their home. The final stop on my East Africa journey was some much-deserved relaxation on the beaches of Zanzibar.

Though some of my past destinations were particularly distinctive, every trip I have planned for myself I would honestly return to again! It just competes against my wanderlust for what’s next.

Although Tory now lives a block from the home she grew up in, she has traveled beyond her wildest dreams. When Tory met her husband, Peter, he lived in London and she was based in NJ. They carried out a trans-Atlantic relationship for two years before Tory relocated to London. London was home for several years; together they took advantage of all the city had to offer, including its position as a gateway to Europe. Tory’s adventures ranged from rafting the Soca River in Slovenia to snowboarding in the Alps to snorkeling in the Red Sea. However, she was equally happy in the country pubs of Kinsale, picnicking on Provencal hillsides, and sunbathing in Croatia. Tory’s favorite cities include Istanbul, Copenhagen, Cape Town, and London, of course.

While living in London, Tory worked for GoldenTree Asset Management where she planned much of the travel for the portfolio team. Prior to moving to London, she worked as an assistant kindergarten teacher at Far Hills Country Day school in NJ. Tory and Peter reside in Summit, NJ with their two daughters.

During a ski trip to Verbier with a big group of friends, we had dinner at a fabulous mountain top restaurant. To access the restaurant, we were driven in a caravan of snowcats up the mountain. Once at the cozy cabin, we had the most delicious fireside meal, complete with cassoulet. Then with full bellies and light heads, we had to make our way down the mountain–on sleds that weren’t much bigger than a dinner plate. The only light was from the full moon! It was magical…and dangerous! I recommend that friends visit the same restaurant but suggest they pack headlamps!

What inspired you to become a travel agent?

I believe there’s no better way to spend your time or money than on travel. The memories made and the comfort zones crushed are far more valuable than any possession. I have always loved helping my friends and family plan their trips–whether to London or elsewhere. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to do it professionally.
