You’ll really feel like you’re on a tropical getaway at The Spa at Las Ventanas’ open-air treatment space underneath a palapa amid local desert flora and fauna. Spa services incorporate local ingredients, such as the “moon flower” — from the pitaya plant indigenous to Baja that blooms at night — fragrant pineapple, regional honey and, of course, tequila.

Alebrije specializes in traditional Mexican favorites sourced from the hotel’s diverse culinary staff, served family style and influenced by local and seasonal produce. The Sea Grill serves tapas, grilled meals and more on the beach and in tables submerged in the pool.

Laidback dining comes in the form of gourmet street tacos and rolled ice cream served up at Taqueria. The most recent addition to the resort's culinary offerings, Arbol provides an elegant atmosphere in which to indulge in chef Chandan’s elevated coastal cuisine. Local bounty is elevated with Asian influences and exotic spices to create a uniquely eclectic menu, featuring curries, sushi, sashimi, wagyu beef and delightful vegetarian options.

A standout is the Ceviche, Sushi & Tequila Bar, featuring more than 150 of Mexico’s finest tequilas and an unusual fusion of Japanese and Mexican culinary traditions. It also offers one of the most diverse ceviche menus in the region (don't miss the ceviche made with local jumbo white prawns!). La Botica is a speakeasy piano bar where Rosalía de Cuba, the first ever Artist in Residence at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, takes the stage to capture the crowd through Cuban, Caribbean, Latin, and international rhythms.

From November to May, immerse yourself in craftsmanship of local artisans while savoring golden hour cocktails and magical views at the Sunset Bar. For a deeper study in tequila, book the Tequila Sign class, where one of the hotel’s tequila experts guides you though a blind taste test of different blancos, reposados, anejos and mescals to create a tequila profile just for you.

Who's it for?

The resort is family friendly, although most guests are couples. The property is perfect for children, yet designed for adults. Kids can enjoy the lazy river or a friendly match of péntaque, which is similar to bocce and popular with guests of all ages. There is also a mini golf course adjacent to the Oasis, perfect for practicing your putting before testing your skills at one of the nearby golf courses.
