• Café Boulud: This Toronto outpost by Chef Daniel Boulud will have you feeling like you’re immersed in Lyon’s brasserie scene. With a seasonal menu rooted in French tradition, we love that this spot — conveniently located within the Four Seasons Yorkville — highlights both bistro classics and contemporary dishes inspired by Chef Daniel’s family meals.
• Canoe: Featuring contemporary Canadian cuisine, Canoe creates its dishes based on various geographical regions of Canada. This restaurant also comes with breathtaking views of the city and Lake Ontario.

• BUCA Osteria & Bar: Enjoy artisanal Italian a la carte or experience the tasting menu at the chef’s rail at this upscale urban osteria. We especially love it for a late-night dessert or nightcap if you’re staying at Four Seasons, as its located just a convenient 2-minute walk from the property. Be sure to try the Italian-style Pizzelle, complete with layers of white chocolate ganache, whipped cream, preserved abate pear and crema inglese.
• Scaramouche: With a stunning view of the downtown Toronto Skyline, guests here enjoy fine French fusion favorites such as foie gras terrine, Quebec venison and homemade coconut cream pie. The pasta bar and grill offer more of a casual sibling to the main dining options.
• Planta: Perfect for the health-conscious traveler, this plant-based spot was opened with the purpose of creating delicious food that promotes environmental sustainability. What we appreciate most about this place is that it manages to be a fun menu for everyone; even those who traditionally lean on the carnivorous side. We love the “Habibi Salad” complete with a combination of cauliflower “cous-cous,” za’atar and tahini dressing.

• Richmond Station: Top Chef Canada Winner, Chef Heinrich, never fails to excite patrons with a lively, open-concept kitchen that takes on the challenge of creating a daily changing farm-to-table blackboard menu, including housemade charcuterie. Located in downtown, this is a fantastic centrally located spot for lunch or dinner.
• Sassafraz: Set in an array of Victorian rowhouses, Sassafraz has evolved through the decades to become a magical space in the heart of historic Yorkville. Its contemporary cuisine offers a bit of everything, yet still ensures each menu item is as tasty as the next. The Beverly Creek Farms braised lamb shank is a real crowd-pleaser.
• Jacobs and Co.:  Hip, trendy and beautiful, Jacobs & Co sets the scene for a truly fun and delicious night out. Select cuts of steak from North America, Australia and Japan. Their Caesar salad is custom made table side for something a bit unexpected.

Drink in the Distillery

Home to many of Toronto’s hottest designer boutiques, unique cafes, artisan shops, performance venues and award-winning restaurants, The Distillery District is the place to see and be seen. An internationally acclaimed pedestrian-only village, The Distillery features more than 70 ground-floor cultural and retail establishments in the restored red brick, Victorian-era buildings of the renowned Gooderham & Worts whiskey distillery. One of Canada’s hottest tourist attractions, centrally-located and just a short walk from downtown Toronto there is always something happening at The Distillery.

• The Bata Shoe Museum: The international variety housed in this museum is vast and fascinating. With 10,000 items from throughout history, the museum is home to the world’s largest and most comprehensive collection of shoes and footwear-related artifacts. The museum houses a variety of collections shoes worn by North American Indigenous people, shoes representing every age of Western fashion, shoes from every corner of the world and even shoes from the “Walk of Fame” worn by everyone from John Lennon and Marilyn Monroe to Donovan Bailey and Pablo Picasso.
• St. Lawrence Market: The major market in Toronto, St. Lawrence was named the world’s best food market by National Geographic in April 2012. It features two buildings, both on the west side of Front St. East and Jarvis St. Each building holds different purposes: St. Lawrence Market North, on the north side of Front St, which hosts weekly farmer’s markets and antique markets. St. Lawrence Market South, on the south side of Front Street hosts restaurants, the St. Lawrence Market Gallery, and a variety of areas to shop for food. On Sundays, an incredible Antiques market takes place from 5AM to 5PM.

• Hockey Hall of Fame: Toronto’s premier hockey attraction is home of the Stanley Cup and the best of hockey. Guests can take shots at real-time goalies, stop the shots of legends Gretzky and Messier, call the play-by-play of some of hockey’s greatest goals, view hockey movies like Stanley’s Game Seven in their two theatres, get up-close-and personal with the Stanley Cup and explore the largest collection of hockey memorabilia in the world. This is an entertainment destination like no other, the Hockey Hall of Fame is fun for the whole family and kids of all ages!
• M.O.C.A.: The Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto Canada (M.O.C.A.) is in a defining phase of its evolution, as it moves into a landmark heritage building and further advances 20 years of exhibiting, collecting and nurturing innovative contemporary art and cultural practices. A 55,000 square foot purpose-designed home in a former industrial space at the heart of a new neighborhood in the Lower Junction.

• Taglialatella Galleries: With a sister gallery in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood, the exhibitions here feature contemporary masters who have influenced Canadian culture. The team updates the artwork showcased here approximately every two weeks, so even if you’re a return visitor, you’ll be seeing something new and exciting each time you step foot in this chic Yorkville spot.
• Divine Decadence Originals: This vintage shop is full of stories, evident in its incredible designer inventory dating back decades. Carmelita, the owner of this incredible shop, has no shortage of tales to tell and with clients like Lady Gaga and Kate Moss, how could she not? Make some time to peruse the racks here during your stay, but don’t blame us if your suitcase comes home a bit heavier.

• Teatro Verde: The home to the florists behind the magic at Four Seasons Toronto, we love that this shop offers so much more than flowers. Stop by for some great homewares or the perfect little gift (whether to yourself or a loved one) that you didn’t even know you needed.
• Liss Gallery: This unique exhibit showcases the artwork of Dr. Seuss that was largely unknown until his passing. In fact, while he became famous for his forty-four children’s books, his private collection (secretly located behind a bookshelf in his home) housed more than 400 World War II political cartoons, hundreds of advertisements and countless editorials filled with his inventive humor. The gallery serves as a visual storyboard of his creativity with unique prints and books available for purchase.
