Executive Chef Charly Salierno leads the restaurant’s culinary program. Breakfast is served from seven to ten-thirty in the morning, lunch from noon to two in the afternoon with a market menu, and dinner from seven in the evening to ten at night, also featuring a market menu. An all-day dining menu is available twenty-four hours a day, and room service is offered twenty-four hours a day as well. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are also served on the outdoor patio. The bar is open seven days a week until eleven at night.
