Delia Salce Monterrey 5 Years of Experience Specialties Honeymoons, Hotels, Southeast Asia

Bringing her genuine passion for discovery to every itinerary she designs, Delia crafts travel experiences that feel personal, intentional, and truly one-of-a-kind.

Before becoming a travel advisor, Delia was the person amongst her circle known for obsessing over the best new hotel, trying the under-the-radar restaurant, and knowing the best way to get from point A to point B. That curiosity never went away—instead, it transformed into her career. Based in Monterrey, Mexico, Delia works with clients who value their time and want to see the world with ease.

Since 2020, Delia has designed travel experiences for clients seeking more than a standard itinerary. She travels to scout destinations whenever possible, ensuring her recommendations come from real experience rather than the outdated intel you’ll find online. Her approach to travel planning is simple: she takes the time to understand how each client wants to feel on a trip and builds everything around that. Whether it is a first time in Tokyo, a safari in Kenya, or a week moving through the Greek islands, she designs each itinerary so that the details make sense and nothing feels generic.

Which destinations are you looking forward to visiting? Why?

Iceland has been on my list for a while. There is something about the idea of standing in the middle of nowhere, in the cold, waiting for the sky to turn green that I find incredibly compelling. The northern lights are one of those things that no photo really does justice to; you just have to be there. Beyond that, Iceland’s landscapes feel almost otherworldly, and I love destinations that make you feel like you have landed somewhere completely different from everything you know.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

A walking safari in South Africa. No vehicle, no glass between you and everything around you, just you, your guide, and the bush. At one point, we came across an elephant closer than I ever expected to be. There is something that happens in that moment that is hard to put into words: you suddenly feel very small, and somehow that feels like exactly the right way to feel. You are not a visitor observing from a distance; you are just another living thing sharing the same space. It is the kind of experience that stays with you long after you are back home, and honestly, it is a big part of why I love putting together trips to Africa for my clients.

Travel Tip

  • Don't just visit a destination, get curious about it. Leave room for the unexpected, because the best experiences are rarely the most obvious ones, and some of the most memorable moments happen when you weren't planning for them.
