As a travel designer, Victoria specializes in creating unique, personalized journeys with a focus on cultural immersion and thoughtful attention to detail. Her passion for curating inspiring destinations in her own life led her to take her first steps into travel planning. Since then, she has evolved toward creating meaningful experiences that go far beyond traditional itinerary planning to deliver bespoke trips based on each client’s personal goals, tastes, and preferences.

To deliver these unforgettable trips, Victoria leverages her relationships a part of the SmartFlyer community to collaborate with top hotels, expert guides, and trusted local partners to ensure every journey is guided by on-the-ground insight and her firsthand knowledge. Today, she has organized more than one hundred honeymoons, as well as family and multigenerational trips on journeys around the world

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

During an expedition cruise in Antarctica, I experienced a moment I will never forget. While aboard a Zodiac, our guide asked us to remain silent and switched off the engine. Surrounded by complete stillness, I could hear the ice cracking through the icebergs and whales nearby. The experience sent chills through my entire body and left a lasting impression on me. I feel that same sense of awe during every game drive on an African safari—the feeling of being so small in this vast world, yet completely present and deeply connected to it. These moments fill my heart and remind me how powerful travel can be.

Which destinations or hotels do you go back to again and again? Why?

I love scuba diving, so I am always drawn to destinations where I can explore beneath the surface. The underwater world feels completely different from anything on land, and there is always so much more to discover. I am equally passionate about ski destinations. My family and I love discovering new slopes, enjoying a delicious pizza at the top of the mountain, and ending the day at the hotel spa to relax and recharge before starting all over again the next morning. For us, it is the perfect combination of adventure, family time, and unforgettable views.

Travel Tip

  • No matter where you go, always try to seek that unexpected moment—the one that surprises you, moves you, and makes the journey feel completely special. It can be a new restaurant in a city you’ve been to a thousand times, waking up a little earlier to watch the sunrise from a special spot in the city, or meeting someone who changes the way you see a place. Anything, really—but make it a point to be deeply touched and surprised at least once on every trip.
