No two meals are alike.
The menus at the resort's Dining Pavilion are constantly changing and inspired by the natural surroundings, as well as the freshness of local produce. No two meals are alike, whether it's Sri Lankan breakfast, a la carte comfort food, or farm-to-table dinners. Wild Coast Lodge also featured wilderness dining experiences in the bush, as well as daily sundowners.
Ten Tuskers Bar is named after the infamous tuskers whose portraits ornament the walls. With its sand and gravel floor, camping-style leather chairs, cacti, and tables fashioned from vintage-style trunks, this bar embodies vintage-safari chic. The bar is adorned with small trinkets and treasures, from assortments of shells to cocktail ingredients such as cinnamon bark, dried fruit slices, cumin seeds, and cloves. Let the barmen mix up a drink featuring Sri Lankan flavors, from tangy tamarind to fiery scotch bonnets, creamy king coconut water, and fruity calamansi locally known as Narang.
