Barrett Hollo has been appointed to the role of Director of Product and Partnerships. In this new role, Hollo will lead the expansion of SmartFlyer’s Product and Partnerships team, as well as oversee the growth of the agency’s product portfolio, which includes Elevate by SmartFlyer, a curated and vetted collection of over 600 of the world’s best industry partnerships. “Barrett brings a holistic view to the vital intersection of hotels, cruises, destination management experts, and the clients and agents we serve. She precisely understands the needs of all stakeholders and the requirement for exceptional experiences at every touchpoint,” said Erina Pindar, COO and Managing Partner of SmartFlyer. “Throughout her six-year tenure at the agency, Barrett has spent the past two years not only building our Elevate program from the ground up but also successfully reorganized our Products division to better answer the needs of our advisors.”
Kayla Douglas has been appointed to the role of Director of Content. In this new role, Douglas will be responsible for overseeing content on both smartflyer.com and its distribution channels, in addition to driving content marketing strategy. During her five-year tenure with SmartFlyer, Douglas has both led and contributed to many of SmartFlyer’s ground-breaking initiatives, including its annual agency-wide summit, SmartFlyer CORE, and until recently, she was the creative mind behind the agency’s impactful social media presence, @thesmartflyer. “Kayla has always been, and continues to be, integral in defining our brand voice and strategy,” said Erina Pindar, COO and Managing Partner of SmartFlyer. “As a human-forward agency, Kayla’s in-depth comprehension of our business and brand is integral to our inspiring storytelling strategy.”
