Accommodations

Historic grandeur, modern wings, and lake views.

The Dolder Grand's 175 rooms and suites span fifteen categories across the Main Building and two modern wings. The Double Rooms Deluxe are south-facing with balconies, with six historically protected rooms in the Main Building faithfully restored to their original condition. The Junior Suites Deluxe and Junior Suites Grand offer a choice between historic and contemporary settings, each with a spacious seating area, sofa, balcony with lake views, and a whirlpool bathtub. The suites add a fireplace in both the living room and bedroom, along with a private sauna and butler service. At the top of the range, four Presidential Suites take their design inspiration from the world-famous guests who have stayed at the Dolder Grand over the years, each with around-the-clock butler and limousine service.
Pool + Gym

Take it all in from the indoor pool.

The Dolder Grand's large indoor swimming pool is perfect for a dip no matter the weather. The twenty-four-hour fitness studio is equipped with a large cardiovascular area, state-of-the-art machines, dumbbells, and an area for stretching. Personal trainers are on hand and ready to help you with your individual training plans, and details about group fitness classes are published every week.
Spa

An award-winning spa with hot sand baths.

The Dolder Grand Spa spans 43,000 square feet and is built around the hotel's Life Balance philosophy, a holistic approach to well-being with treatments drawing on La Prairie, Margy's, and Amala product lines. Separate Ladies' and Gentlemen's Spa areas sit alongside the main facilities, which include a Japanese sunaburo – a warm sand bath rooted in centuries of Eastern wellness tradition.
Restaurant + Bar

World-class dining options.

The Dolder Grand's four restaurants offer a wide range of dining experiences. The Restaurant, helmed by Chef Heiko Nieder, holds two Michelin stars and eighteen Gault Millau points, featuring a menu built on experimentation and a broad palette of flavors that goes well beyond classic expectations. Saltz, designed by artist Rolf Sachs, takes a more relaxed approach, with Chef Julian Mai's menu of uncomplicated, regionally sourced cooking and a lively bar alongside. Mikuriya on the fourth floor is an intimate counter experience with just eight seats, where Chef Atsushi Hiraoka reinterprets sushi kappo seasonally with ingredients like king crab, scallop, and wagyu. Blooms, the garden restaurant, sits on the edge of the forest amid vegetable beds, herbs, and fruit bushes, serving light vegetarian, vegan, and seasonal creations from Heiko Nieder's team.

The Canvas Bar and Lounge blends historic architectural elements with modern design and contemporary art, and acts as a natural gathering spot from morning through late evening. By day, drinks, snacks, and homemade cakes and tarts; by night, a DJ and bartenders mixing classics alongside signature drinks like the Dolder Negroni and the Grand Espresso Martini.
