A skylit, secret, dining nook.
On the top floor, you will find the skylit, secret all-day dining room, with views across the Chelsea rooftops and the cupola room housing a private dining table. Inspired by Jeckyll and Whistler’s 1876 Peacock Room, created to showcase Chinese porcelain, the dining room’s white lacquered shelves hold hundreds of vases soaked in natural light cast from the stained-glass windows. With continuous service offering morning croissants and midday escargots to afternoon snacks and late-night champagne with foie gras, classics from the Costes "les essentiels" menu, such as tom yam seabass, dim sum, and the famous cheesecake, are served to order against the Arts & Crafts décor. Dishes are paired with an eclectic assortment of legendary wines and exclusively crafted champagne.
Playful nights await in the lower floor bar, where At Sloane's resident DJs spin soundtracks into the early hours. Under flickering candlelight, enjoy a curated selection of both small-production and renowned wines alongside rare champagne, cocktails, and bites, including cœur de saumon fumé, caviar, and chocolate fondant, After Eight. In the hallway, the images of kissing couples and wild moments captured by James D. Kelly are lined up to set the tone. The bar is the perfect "night" to the hotel’s "day." Complementing the bar is an intimate terrace and tucked-away snugs. Sink into a plush banquette and let yourself be transported to Paris without leaving London.
